Transformer connection system TCS has been successfully verified for use in areas with very cold climates down to -40°C°.
TCS was subjected to a temperature cycle test to confirm the mechanical integrity in the low temperature range down to -40 °C. Both samples showed neither signs of cracking nor an increased partial discharge quantity after the test.
The outstanding test results suggest that TCS can be used in even lower temperatures. If you have a specific need for this, please contact us.
